My insurance has approved my surgery, thus I am going to Salt Lake City in two-and-a-half weeks.  I have to check in on the 20th and the surgery is on the 21st.  I'll be in the hospital for five to seven days.  Now I just have to figure out how to get there,

Perhaps it's partly because I'm really tired and also haven't particularly eaten anything today, but reading the post in your icon community and then this and knowing that I'm slowly working my way to the more detailed post about all of this is really making me feel kind of nauseated and frightened. I guess if you're getting the surgery and your insurance will be paying for it, it sounds like you'll be alright and that we shouldn't worry. Nevertheless, I am worried. I hope you will be alright.
