Yes, part of school is jumping thru hoops until the sheepskin is achieved.
However that is part and parcel of the process. I put it off for 15 years, and returned to college to finish my degree at 36. But I still had to go back to get that degree.
Might as well finish while there now if you can; waiting x-many years just lengthens the process. Did that and don't recommend it as the best method.
It was good I went back; but the handwriting on the wall had gotten VERY big by that point!
