Mine too. I already have a laptop AND an iphone, I can't imagine anything I would need an ipad for. And you'd look damn silly holding that up to your ear.
If it actually made phone calls, which it doesn't. It doesn't even have 3G capability. It wouldn't even be a laptop replacement because you couldn't use it on your lap :P
From what I've read, the basic $500 version that is 16 gigs doesn't have 3G. If you pay lots lots more for the 64 gig, it is 3G enabled. Then if you pay an extra $150, you can have it with phone capabilities, and then you have to pay AT&T for the plan. So by that point, you've just paid out about the cost of a lower-end macbook for a very giant iphone that won't even let you watch videos online because it doesn't even freaking have flash player.
I agree, I just find it lame, starting by the name. Obviously if someone wants to give it to me as a present I won't reject it, but I will still find it super lame.
