I'm planning one here too; what does this entail? How do you "unfriend" on here? Also, do you know where that handy "who comments the most on your LJ" widget is? Thus it becomes a scientific decision.

There's a whole Manage Friends thing somewhere. Also scrapdog has the comment widget. You can go to his LJ and download it.

That's partially how I decide. My general criteria is that if you haven't updated in 6 months and you're not in my top 100 commenters, you're probably getting defriended. Unless your journal is so effing awesome that I don't care if you comment or not.
