Our landlord has been trying to see this building for almost two years now.  Finally, he has someone interested enough that they want to see inside all the units.  Thus, the house must be superclean by 3pm tomorrow.  In conclusion, this means my hungover self must spend my day off scrubbing bathtub and dishes and whatnot.  Blah.  Luckily, I have tomorrow off as well, so I can take my time a bit.

I am getting more and more excited about my photography class in the fall.

I bet your class will be pretty damn awesome. Any class where you get to learn about things that interest you inherently is generally a good thing.

Cleaning houses sucks! If someone buys the place do you guys have to scramble somewhere else to live?

In theory - no. Our standing lease will be honored. The problem is that our lease is up at the end of the month and our landlord has been particularly lax about getting us the renewal forms :P

We shouldn't have anything to worry about though - why would a new landlord kick everyone out just to have to spend all the time and effort re-filling the units.
