Dan posted this a little while ago and while I was familiar with this quote, I know others are not and worst of all, most people don't know or understand that our Federal Reserve is neither federal nor a reserve.  It is not part of our government - it is a conglomeration of the largest banks in the world and they control our currency.

This is why Jefferson is only honored on the 2 dollar bill when dickholes like Andrew Jackson get the 20. He is the greatest mind in American history. In college a few friends and I started a 'zine called The Jeffersonian. It never really took off, but it's still a great name.

I suppose when they put him on the $2, it was more widely used?

One of my relatives way back when was TJ's friend and they wrote many-a-letter to one another often interpreting each other's dreams.
