Home Is Where the Heart Is

(In which case, mine lies in my chest, just below that big, fierce, ugly scar.  This is my entry for The Home Photography Experience™ - Day One)


Ethan is a good subject.  He stands still and follows directions :)

I had a biopsy done back in 2001. I have a mass above my heart about the size of a nickel and the doctors needed to know what it was. Turns out it is a mediastinal fibrosis, which is a really fancy term for a small ball of scar tissue in the chest. So it's not cancer or anything, which was very good news.
