Sometimes it seems so silly that our degree of social permissiveness should have anything to do with governance and the state's ability to provide for people. I mean, what does one's willingness to give a blow-job on a near-empty double-decker bus have to do with whether they think all people are entitled to health insurance?

I guess I can't really argue, since I fall into that statistical category. ;) I mean, uh, you know I have good health insurance.

I think what I'm saying is, morality has no place in government. And morality, unlike what some people think, is not the same as ethics.
