At the beginning of the election season John didn't scare me nearly as much. He was imperfect but he didn't yet strike me as a morally bankrupt sellout who had no idea what he was doing. I think he's gotten so mentally screwed up by his life that he's beyond illogical at this point.
But yes, I love that this is finally about issues. People are actually attempting to make choices based on things that matter, at least for the most part. This is good.
