Out on a Sunday cruise. A foot cruise, I suppose.

Ethan and I took a long walk today, partially to run errands, but mostly because it was just an absolute perfect day and we definitely needed to get out of the house.  We were ridiculously exhausted by the time we got home, but it was worth it.  Here's our photographic documentation of our trip, plus a few other random pictures:


Father & Son Start the Journey

What is it about signs? If it weren't illegal I'd steal them all. I like that they're just passively giving information all the time.

Holy crap, Ethan is huge. And his face has so many more angles. Somehow, between the the last pictures at the Hair salon and the eyelashes pictures, the baby fat has really thinned out on his face. He looks almost Asian here.

Thanks, me too. All my doctors and nurses that I've had check-ups with say I'm doing very well and healing quite quickly, so that's very good :D

He's basically lived at the pool this summer, so he's been swimming tons and getting insanely tanned so he definitely looks older, especially with the shorter hair, methinks.

We've always thought Ethan looked vaguely Asian, especially when he was very young. Did you see it when I posted his day-old baby picture? Maybe it's a past-life thing. He does love sushi ;)

Yeah, he just aged about 5 years this summer. It's weird.
