I agree on organic/green. It's kind of nice realizing how much crap you don't really miss when you stop buying it. Also, there are affordable ways to get really awesome organic produce if you can make time for things like work trades with local farms, etc. Then it's kind of fun, because you end up with weird veggies that you have no idea how to make, and then you have to have an experimental kitchen adventure to use them!
