oh don't get me started on the text book racket. When I was in school I hated selling the books back because I simply knew what a waste it was. I would buy them for 40 dollars and then "return" them for 15-20 dollars. The store I would buy at, off campus because the campus store was crap, had a really small storefront with two aisles. You would walk down one aisle, towards the back, and give the numerous clerks your class #s and they would go fetch the books for you. Then you would walk back towards the front and pay the cashiers. Of course the aisles were lined with overpriced supplies etc. As much as I hated them I was always impressed by their operation. It was quick, efficient and, it appeared, very lucrative.

as for the personality essay -- just do a few memes and use those as your basis! :)
