Something, something.

Jacquelyn and I went and got our taxes done last night.  Mine were prepared by the Tom Cruise of tax preparation.  Probably gay and very very excited.  I thought he might start jumping up and down.  Which is great because he found tons of extra little goodies I was eligible for.  For instance, did you know that if you were a student in a federal emergency zone, your school deductions get doubled.  So since most of Wisconsin flooded last spring, ta-dah, extra cash for going to school.

With the tax money, which I can go pick up today, Jacquelyn and I are buying a car.  Yes, a 2001 Subaru Forester.  Our grand experiment is carlessness is ending.  We'll still be busing or biking for most of our commutes, but it will be really nice to say, be able to go grocery shopping without the intricate planning of bus schedules or expensive cab rides.  So Saturday, bring on the auto!
