Secret Message
Jan. 7th, 2005 07:55 amIt's early morning and Mary Jane and I are having a nice relaxing morning. I'm slowly nibbling away on a chunk of french bread. It's quite soft and delicious. I feel almost whimsical today, for lack of a better word.
Trudging through freshly fallen snow,
packed footprints a mile deep.
Mount the plastic sled and slide!
I should really be sleeping; I work the next three nights: Blech! However, some strange force compels me to ramble semi-incoherently into the keyboard.
Attention: this is
an Amazon shaman with
a secret message
of love, sweet love
for you-
This is yours and more,
if you but read
the whole of the story, not
between the lines.
Now just read every other line (1,3,5,7,9) That was a fun experiment.
I painted yesterday after I drank a gallon of hot chocolate after the sledding expedition. My secondary painting got the most attention, the face has really taken shape. It's definitely a male, as it's somehow developed a Salvador Dali moustache, however the rest of the face looks nothing like Dali. I think I need to start planning paintings. Painting improv doesn't work as well drawing does in my current 'style'. I think I'm going to try and paint one of my drawings next time. That's going to be tough because of the amount of detail in the drawings. Hmm... a Challenge? I accept!
Good morning, good afternoon and good night.
