A friend posted the following in a Christian group:

To All Those Christians out there who voted for President Bush and his pre-emptive wars of bloodshed...

To All Those Christians out there who support the Death Penalty...

To All Those Christians who are more concerned with gay marriage than with their own salvation...

In Short, to those who have Hate in your Heart...

The Lord Jesus has a message for you:

“Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in your name? And in your name have cast out devils? And in your name done many wonderful works? And then will I say to them, I never knew you: depart from me, you evil doers.” (Mat 7:21-23)

"Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself." (Mat 19:19)

Does anyone actually read the Bible? Why do you seek to fulfill the Prophecy of Esias?

If someone says they are a Christian, yet behaves in a completely Anti-Christian manner, do they really deserve your backing?

What was odd is most of them agreed with him and said they did not vote for Bush. Could fraud have played a bigger part in our election than we realize?

Yes, it could have. There's also some doubt about how many Evangelicals actually voted for Bush in the official count. The moral values thing seems to have been exagerated a bit.
