jackshoegazerI listened to "Counting in C" by Radiolab's Jad Abumrad today. It was awesome.
I've also discovered that the bpm for ghetto/booty house is the perfect tempo for running. I just started week three of Couch-to-5k. I've also been biking 13+ miles per day. I've also started lifting weights and re-started yoga. I'm too old to be out of shape.

brdgt plied me with several Bombay Sapphire martinis and put in my slip for the song after I said I wasn't going to do it. Yes, I karaoked against my will. And yes, there are photos and possibly video of me doing (from what I hear) an amazing and improv rendition of Afroman's "Because I Got High." Really.
