I'd be assassinated by the powers-that-be so fast :) I'd never get anywhere close. Not that I don't contemplate it.
I spend most of my time doing cardio, so elliptical for a halfhour and then it's benching (drop sets starting at 145 and moving down in 15 lb intervals) and then lat pull-downs (70 lbs, three sets, until I can't do them anymore.) I inject other things in at random, but those two are pretty consistent.
