My first French quiz in in twenty minutes. Parlez-vous français? Oui!
I enjoy my lit class, but am starting to feel like I talk too much. I am going to shut up. It's only balanced by the professors comments like "That's a really good point; I hadn't thought of that!" My dilemma is that we can't write our papers on passages discussed in class, so I'm tempted to keep my best analysis to myself.
I had way too much wine at dinner on Sunday night and had such a terrible hangover the next morning, I bought my first pair of sunglasses in five years:
I am mostly feeling like a human being today. Yesterday, I was a nauseated ball of clay. It was also the first day I wasn't completely out of it in French, so maybe I should imbibe more wine for my language class?
Okay, okay, I'll get back to studying!
