jackshoegazer: (Inside/Out)

I have no room on my bookshelves.

Yesterday, I went used-bookstoring with Jacquelyn; picked up a new Eggers ( What is the What), a new Crowley biography (supposedly the most even-handed from an "outsider"), Ken Wilber's first book (which he wrote at age 23 while washing dishes and subsequently revolutionized transpersonal psychology), and a couple Robert Anton Wilson trilogies, including Masks of the Illuminati in which James Joyce and Albert Einstein are time/space detectives).

Today, is a domestic and graphic day. I'm focusing on the fine art of litter-box sanitation and the arduous chore of making a postcard-sized flyer for a rave in Minneapolis in the theme of psychedelic 60's concert posters.

You have such great taste in literature. Let me know if Masks of the Illuminati is as good as it sounds!

What is the What is a truly great read. You'll laugh, you'll cry. :)

Eggers has yet to really let me down :)
