Disorganized musings on my body.

So, I've been running pretty regularly for several months now. My metabolism is being weird. I'm rarely actually hungry. I eat a small breakfast. I'm almost never hungry for lunch, but sometimes make myself eat anyway. Often after breakfast, I'm not hungry again until five o'clock. I didn't run for the last two weeks, the weeks surrounding my wedding weekend, but I lost more weight during those two weeks than I did over the rest of the summer. I restarted running this week - I'm re-doing C25K, but now I can do it faster now that I'm in shape. Aren't I supposed to be hungrier now that I'm burninating more calories? But this is kind of how I've always been - when I'm in shape, I crave food less. What the heck, body?

I've read a lot of conflicting reports about that, but I feel this article sums it up pretty well: http://well.blogs.nytimes.com/2007/12/26/the-risks-and-rewards-of-skipping-meals/
