Snowpocalypse Oh-Nine

jackshoegazerWe got 16 inches of snow last night, which is about enough to shut down just about everything. It is pretty amazing. I may not like winter, but when this much snow falls, there's some kind of energy in the air that I can not deny and I adore days like this. I don't mind spending a bunch of time digging the car out or driving slow everywhere. I don't mind getting freezing cold and wet.
Jacquelyn and I braved the Snowpocalypse and bagged our Christmas tree. We drove around quite a while, talking and drinking eggnog latte, and having a good 'ol time.
Tomorrow is my last official day of classes - just photography and weight training. I have two finals, one Monday and another Tuesday. Otherwise, the critique in photography is my last bit for the semester. Here's my "informal portrait" of Ethan:
