Eva should be made into a cat macro!

Really though, your photos are fantastic. I have tried, but I just don't know how to use a fancy camera.

Where is the lol to go with that cat??? It needs to happen.

also: I love the depth of focus! Is that what the wide angle lens does? The pics of the capitol are awesome.

You should take a bike ride out to Olbrich Gardens sometime - there are great photo opportunities along the bike path, with the community gardens and old industrial buildings.

kitty says "blech". :)

[identity profile] laudanumb.livejournal.com 2009-04-18 03:55 pm (UTC)(link)
My kitty does that too because he's really old and has like 4 teeth total. It's cute and sad.

Awesome! Love the train one.

I really like that moving one with the boxcars!

They're all super cool, but I especially like the (Ethan's?) eye one. You can see so much reflected in the eye! I can see you, can tell that you're both in a car and that it is daytime...I can see a building and some other vehicles...

love it love it love it!!!

http://www.photoscape.org/ps/main/download.php

It's free and super simple.

The serene nature of the city The reflections of the water seem almost mystic.
In the second picture, it seems as if the world is tilting back and forth, and wants to come apart.

And who couldn't smile when you see that cat!? AWHH =^_^=

You should post that on cuteoverload

[identity profile] at-the-stars.livejournal.com 2009-04-19 04:18 pm (UTC)(link)
Groovy. Thanks.

KITTY FACE!

[identity profile] jackshoegazer.livejournal.com 2009-04-22 02:34 am (UTC)(link)
That's the one everybody loves :D

[identity profile] sofia666.livejournal.com 2009-04-23 05:13 am (UTC)(link)
They're all very awesome, and I especially love the ducks, the kitty, and that one of the tree and lake with the city in the background. :)

[identity profile] jackshoegazer.livejournal.com 2009-04-23 12:08 pm (UTC)(link)
Thanks :) I can't believe I caught Eva with her tongue out :P

[identity profile] jackshoegazer.livejournal.com 2009-04-23 12:28 pm (UTC)(link)
Thank you for the comment - these descriptions are awesome. And I totally submitted that picture to cuteoverload :D

[identity profile] jackshoegazer.livejournal.com 2009-04-23 12:29 pm (UTC)(link)
That's my eye :) And yeah, I was parked near the lake. Good eye! (Yours, I mean!)

[identity profile] jackshoegazer.livejournal.com 2009-04-23 12:30 pm (UTC)(link)
Me too! That's only two frames but it's set up so that you can change the direction it moves with just your mind.

[identity profile] jackshoegazer.livejournal.com 2009-04-23 12:31 pm (UTC)(link)
Thanks :D

[identity profile] jackshoegazer.livejournal.com 2009-04-23 12:32 pm (UTC)(link)
Awww!

I didn't even know Eva was doing that - she wasn't doing it when I went to snap the picture, but when the flash went off she must have squinted and stuck out her tongue :P

[identity profile] jackshoegazer.livejournal.com 2009-04-23 12:32 pm (UTC)(link)
She does NOT like the flash :)

[identity profile] jackshoegazer.livejournal.com 2009-04-23 12:33 pm (UTC)(link)
Not a shabby idea, thanks!

[identity profile] jackshoegazer.livejournal.com 2009-04-23 12:34 pm (UTC)(link)
I suppose it does do that. It's supposed to just give a wider picture (which it does) but the depth of focus has gotten so much better too. I lurve it and it was only $30 :P

[identity profile] jackshoegazer.livejournal.com 2009-04-23 12:58 pm (UTC)(link)
I just need to think of what to say :P

Trust me, this camera ain't fancy :)
