I've been pretty okay till today. I really needed the gloves at least. I'll probably keep it up until my face starts freezing up and I break into pieces like liquid metal guy from Terminator 2 :) Though, I have noticed that my enthusiasm has waned in direct proportion the drop in temperature. I've lost ten pounds this summer and I really don't want to gain it back over the winter. Are you still taking up jogging for the winter?
